How does AI documentation work technically?

The Flutter app captures voice via record and just_audio, uses speech_to_text for transcription, and sends text plus context through dio to the Laravel 12 API. The API calls a Germany hosted LLM service and pushes the structured report back to the app via Laravel Reverb (WebSockets).

Auth via Laravel Sanctum, encrypted transmission and storage, secure storage inside the app, Bugsnag for controlled error monitoring. The architecture meets the requirements of German social law and GDPR.
