Ask yourself:

- Does your work already run mostly in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams? Then Copilot plays to its strength, because it appears directly inside those programs
- Do you need a tool for changing tasks across marketing, customer service, and development, independent of the Office suite in use? Then ChatGPT Business is often the more versatile base
- Do several teams use software that isn't Microsoft 365? Then a Copilot bundle gives away part of its value, because that is exactly where the integration doesn't reach
